- Meet other specific requirements.
Intra-Company Transfers
For employees transferred from a foreign company to a Canadian subsidiary, affiliate, or parent company.

Significant Benefit
For foreign workers bringing substantial economic, social, or cultural benefits to Canada.
Bridging Open Work Permit
For individuals in the process of applying for permanent residency in Canada with a valid work permit.
Intra-Company Transfers, International Agreements, and Significant Benefit work permits can be valid for up to four years, while Bridging Open Work Permits typically last for one year.
